Track order
How to Track Your Order:
- Email Notification: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Visit the Courier's Website: Click on the tracking link provided in the email, or visit the shipping carrier's website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) and enter the tracking number to get real-time updates.
- Order Status Page: You can also visit your BreezeOnGo account, if you have one, to track your order status in the "Orders" section.
Tracking Status:
- In Transit: Your order is on its way! The tracking page will update regularly with estimated delivery dates.
- Delivered: Once your order has been delivered, you’ll receive a notification confirming the delivery date.
- Issues with Tracking: If your tracking information shows “delayed” or you’re experiencing issues, please reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll help you resolve the issue quickly.
